The supplier has built processes for user requirements:
- Extranet – via this extranet every user can put forward requests for changes, adjustments, or system expansion. This process is linked to workflow process, which automatically assigns requests to employess ofthe Supplier for answering, with individual solution deadlines or terms. Reminder processing is managed via own methods.
- Hot line – every user has the right to use the free telephone help line.
- Consultants – every user has the right to arrange help from a consultant within the framework of the Supplier company or its partners within the framework of the project Helios Green Open.
